“Unity plaza is the only known IT mall in the country for decades and still holds the position in Sri Lankan consumers mind. Unity plaza PC shops will have some direct or indirect connection to most of the PC’s sold in Sri Lanka. Over a period of time Unity plaza has evolved with the technology transformation and shifted the selling approach from a typical PC sales to entry level of solutions sales. Microsoft Sri Lanka is actively engaged with Unity plaza partners and is really excited to see the initiative taken to have a IT SHOPPING FESTIVAL, said Poojitha Rajapakse Director OEM at Microsoft Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.”As a company Microsoft also focuses on device eco systems and partners with major Multinational hardware vendors to give the best experience of Windows 8 and Office 2013. I am sure IT shopping festival will deliver the same experience to our local consumers and create a business value of money & quality after sales support. Microsoft Sri Lanka will continue to support partners in Unity plaza to deliver the best device experience to Sri Lankan customers – Poojitha further added.
