Nepal prohibits “Buddha” film

Nepal Cable TV Controllers have prohibited the film “Buddha” produced by C T V, India.
The reason for this was because the film says that Buddha was born in India.
Napal officers say that Buddha was born in Nepal.
Making a statement the main actor of the film Kabi Bedi said that Buddha was born at Lumbini, Nepal.
He further said that he beg the pardon of Nepal regarding the wrong information.
