The Colombo Chief Judicial Medical Officer says that in his reports he didn’t comment that Duminda Silva would get infected if he presents himself in front of the courts.
Colombo Chief Judicial Medical Officer Dr. Ananda Samaranayake further said that he totally refutes the statement charged by. Hirunika Premachandra regarding the bailing out of Parliamentarian Duminda Silva.
He further stated by issuing an announcement that the report was not presented to check whether to bail him out but to check only on his ability to be present in front of the courts.
