The High Commissioner of the United Nations Human Rights commission during her official visit to Sri Lanka had met a number of media personnel, Human Rights activists and several forces personnel who looked after her would be protected by her.
She had aired her views when she addressed the 24th UN Human Rights summit today at Geneva after the sessions were concluded
She had drawn attention in common to the Human rights during the period of the war, the common human rights of the people and with regard to the stand of the various religions of the communities..
She also added that she had made emphasis on co existence and the stand of the law that is existent in Sri lanka. She added further that a complete report of her investigations would be released to the UNHR commission at the end of the sessions she concluded.
