Semi government Universities to be opened

The University Grants Commission is suggesting to open semi government Universities to ease the competition that lies on the students sitting for the GCE (Adv Level) examination.

In order to maintain the proper standards in them an institution is due to be formed according to the Chairperson professor  Kshanika Hiburegama had disclosed.
