The Norochcholai coal Power Plant, came to a standstill from 9.00am this morning, due to a technical fault, sources said.
Sources further said that the technical fault occurred after exceeding the maximum efficiency 320 mega watts of the system. The stable mechanical system efficiency was 300 Mega Watts. (Hiran Priyankara Jayasinghe)
