SriLankan launches a mobile app for its FlySmile members
SriLankan Airline’s Frequent Flyer programme has launched a mobile app, designed to provide an array of benefits to its members, including travel planning, announced the Airline in a statement issued.
With this new app, FlySmiLes members will be entitled to Bonus miles on their first flight with 5000 extra miles for Business class and 3000 miles for Economy Class.
“The extremely user-friendly mobile application provides easy enrollment for non-FlySmiLes members thereby enabling accrual of miles from their very first flight”, the airline added in its statement issued.
Users will also be the first to be informed of special offers by SriLankan and FlySmiLes Partners, which include discounted airfares, upgrades and limited offer promotions.
“Frequent Flyers are our most important customers”, SriLankan Airlines, Head of Commercial Operations Mohammed Fazeel was quoted as saying the statement issued.
“The launch of FlySmiLes mobile app will enable them to plan their travel more conveniently with an added ease and speed”, says Fazeel.
The app also enables members to keep track of miles earned, a summary of transactions and the ability to edit ones FlySmiLes profiles and on-board preferences.
