Two female students arrested at Kurunegala while coming to meet the President
Two students from a school in the Peradenya area had come to meet the President without informing their parents had been arrested by the Kurunegala Police.
The three students are from the Peradeniya Gannoruwa area had been grade 10 students had left for Colombo after school hours while clad in the school uniform
The three students had left together. But one student had decided to go back at Kurunegala back to kandy..On the 21st as they had disappeared the parents had complained to the Peradiniya Police
At around 10 p.m the students had been arrested in Kurunegala bus stand..They have given the excuse that they were going to visit the President. On the following day all three students had been handed them over to their respective parents…
