NOLIMIT Refurbishes Ward 3 at District General Hospital of Negombo
NOLIMIT’s involvement in contributing towards the Nation’s development particularly in the field of education, culture, sports and health care is well-known. Continuing in its efforts to put resources toward the development of health care in Sri Lanka, NOLIMIT today announced that it has just completed its work on the refurbishment project of ward 03 of the District General Hospital of Negombo. It is a series of service carried out by NOLIMIT for the wellbeing of our citizens that started from Maharagama Cancer Hospital, Colombo South Teaching Hospital, De Soysa Women’s Hospital to the District General Hospital of Negombo by taking over the responsibility of refurbishing and maintaining wards that had been very vital and awaited towards a better service to patients.
M. H. M. Jaufer, Operations Manager of NOLIMIT said: "Continuing our CSR projects, we have been on a drive to revamp and refurbish institutions of health care in Sri Lanka. To date, we have replaced key areas on these wards and some general public areas with all the facilities. As a corporate institution we prefer to support projects that will make a greater difference in the lives of many people. And so, we are very happy that NOLIMIT has got the opportunity to contribute for the development of the country and the wellbeing of our people including the improvement of the healthcare delivery sector in Sri Lanka.
