In a new interview, Bollywood's Sherlyn Chopra said she would not (with caveats) hesitate to do an "adult film." The interview was done on the heels of the announcement that Chopra would be the first Indian to appear nude in Playboy, in the magazine's November 2012 issue.

The news of the photo shoot came in mid-July,tweeted by no less than Hugh Hefner. His post said simply, "Bollywood starlet Sherlyn Chopra will be the first Indian to appear nude in Playboy, in the November issue."

Chopra herself posted news about the development on her own site. Her Twitter bio says she is "just a girl." Her profile image is above.

Meanwhile, in the new interview with The Indian Express, Sherlyn Chopra said that she wrote to Hugh Hefner herself, and expressed her desire to be in Playboy, not the other way around. She also said that she had no fear of possible fallout, as she would "rather die than lead a fearful life."

When questioned about porn films, she also added that "If I got an offer for an adult film from a world famous director, I would not hesitate to do it." It's unclear, though, if she truly understood the question. We're unaware of any hard-core porn that has ever been helmed by a world famous director, but she could have been referring to soft-corn porn or a movie involving nudity.
