21 Women Remanded
A group of 21 women arrested in Seeduwa have been remanded for their alleged involvement in prostitution, the police media unit said.
The police said that the women had been arrested from a night club in Seeduwa following a court order obtained to search the premises.
The women are aged between 20 and 37 years old, the police media unit said.
A man who operated as the manager of the night club was also arrested and remanded together with the 21 women after they were produced before a Magistrate.
