Sri Lanka’s Dialog Axiata raises US$ 200 mn via a syndicated loan
Sri Lanka based Dialog Axiata has raised a US$ 200 million syndicated loan of a 5 year tenor to help finance the group’s capital expenditure and working capital requirement.
In a stock market disclosure, the telecom firm also said that the money would be utilized to refinance an existing debt.
The syndicated facility has been jointly arranged by the OCBC Bank of Malaysia and the Standard Chartered Bank.
