Treasury is bankrupt the government awaits arrival od Casino kings the ‘Whites’, on the casino money
Treasury has gone dry with bankruptcy. The Member of Parliament Karu Jayasuriya had added that to fill the coffers the government is making desperate efforts to bring in casinos who will bring millions of dollars which would help in the cause of the government to get money.
In this attempt the government intends bringing the Kings of casinos to Sri Lanka the Member of Parliament quipped. He went on to add that every sphere of business have been unsuccessful. It is not certain whether we are living in democratic country of in a country with a jungle like administration.
The Pepiliyana incident brought a black mark to the country. The incident occurred while the Police was onlooking.
