CID combs the country to locate bogus SMS gangs
The CID combs the country in search of bogus SMS racketeers who want to provoke the different communities.
A special unit of the CID has been formed to track down those gangs who have organised themselves to erupt a situation of racialism by provoking people of different communities via a SMS campaign. The main intention of these gangs is to set one community against another.
By combing various areas those found guilty would be taken in to custody and appropriate action would be made. It is learnt that the main idea behind this is to get the focus of the international community about disunity in this country.
The CID had advised the people not to be carried away with these bogus SMS messages.
