Lasith Malinga named as the best T/20 bowler 2012, by the ESPN CRICINFO
ESPN CRICINFO 2012 sports column had named Lasith Malinga as the best T/20 bowler for his performance of claiming 5 wickets for 31 runs against England in the ICC T/20 world cup encounter. In fact he was the vice captain of the Sri Lanka T/ 20 team in that match.
ESPN CRICINFO 2012 has also named another Sri Lankan pace bowler as the best One day International bowler considering his performance of capturing 6 wickets for a sum of 44 runs in an ODI match played against Pakistan played at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
