Managing to keep all the attention on her back bump instead of her invisible baby bump, Kim, who is three months pregnant with Kanye West‘s baby, headed into Tracy Anderson's work out studio in Studio City for her daily sweat session in her skintight workout wear.

This isn’t the first time Kim has committed a sweat style sin! The 32-year-old has exposed her famous rump several times wearing sheer pants without panties.
