John Keells has sold 80-pct of the apartment units on its upcoming complex
Sri Lanka’s John Keells Group says it has already sold 80-pct of its planned apartments on ‘OnThree20’, a high-rise complex coming up in Capital Colombo.’
The property being built at Union Place, once done will consist of three towers; each running up to 37 storeys’s and will have 475 apartment unit.
John Keells Land of John Keells Group, which the project comes under says, they are planning to hand over the apartments for its clients by end December 2014.
“We are pleased that we’ve been able to ‘top-off’ this project ahead of schedule. The interior work and the finishes have already started and we will be ready to hand over the units to our customers on schedule in December 2014” Suresh Rajendra, President Property Group of the John Keells Group was quoted as saying in a statement issued by the firm.
The building of the super structure of ‘OnThree20’ has already been completed.
