International Cricket ground to get a new flood light system
Sri Lanka Cricket has decided to either upgrade or reinstall a new Flood Light system at the Rangiri Dambulla International Cricket Stadium.
The decision has been taken by the SLC, following a discussion it held with venerable Inmaluwe Sri Sumangala Nayaka Thero, the Chief Incumbent of the Rangiri Dambulla Rajamaha viharaya.
SLC has also decided to once again start playing international cricket matches in Dambulla by hosting visiting New Zealand team during the month of November.
However the games against the Kiwi’s will be played out during the day time, until the flood light system comes into play.
