A blockage in the drainage system in the Colombo and suburbs to be anticipated?
A possibility of drainage system in Colombo and suburbs getting blocked owing to work to rule by the Engineering assistants of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board.
The President of Engineering Diploma Holders Union said that there is a risk of the drainage system in Colombo and suburbs getting blocked owing to a strike of the Engineering Assistants.
This is due to the Engineering Assistants of Water Supply and Drainage Board is keeping away from their duties.
They have started working for only 8 hrs a day from yesterday as they have stopped to work in the weekends.
