Three sniffer dogs lost and found
An internal inquiry has been launched to check how three sniffer dogs belonging to the Asgiriya Police Kennels Headquarters had gone missing last night, sources said.
The three expensive sniffer dogs which were kept in a kennel had escaped last night. They were found this morning after a special police search operation.
The dogs had several injuries when found by the police.
Police had launched a special investigation to ascertain whether this was an act of sabotage.
