Four Night Clubs in Colombo raided

The Excise Department yesterday raided four Night Clubs in Kollupitiya, Bambalapitiya and Thimbirigasyaya where they were allegedly selling liquor on Poya Day, Spokesman Prabath Jayawickrema said.

He said these night clubs were found to have violated the Excise Law.

Excise Inspector Lalith Dissanayake said the Night Club owners were liable to be fined by the Excise Department Commissioner General. (Janith Dilshan)
