� 12 hour water cut in parts of Colombo

The water supply to several areas in Colombo will be suspended for 12 hours from 8.00pm today (30) to 8.00am tomorrow due to the laying of new pipe lines under the Kalu Ganga Project, the Water Board said.
The temporary water cut will affect Colombo Fort, Pettah, Maligawatta housing scheme, areas supplied water by the Mahroof Water Tower, Hulftsdorp Road, Panchikawatta Road, Sangaraja Mawatha and all connected byroads.
