Residents of Kelaniya are currently shouting slogans opposite the Mahara magistrates’ court against Minister Mervyn Silva urging authorities to arrest him forth with, when the five suspects in the murder of Kelaniya PS member Hasitha Madawala were produced before court a short while ago.
